For 10 consecutive days, over 1,500 musicians – including some of the biggest names in jazz – will make Toronto their stage. Musical highlights of the 2017 TD Toronto Jazz Festival include The Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin, velvety-voiced Gregory Porter, and at the intimate Jazz Bistro, Ingrid and Christine Jensen. There’s something for nearly everyone, with performances at 40 locations around Toronto offering a range of styles of music and venues from funky bars to elegant halls. The TD Toronto Jazz Festival has become known as one of North America’s premier jazz festivals produced annually by Toronto Downtown Jazz, a Canadian registered charity.
